1.
A deposit of 25% accommodation fee is required
at the time of booking, and the balance of the accommodation fee in full is
required one month prior to the arrival day.
Where bookings are cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival day,
the deposit will be forfeited. If the
house is re-booked in full for the cancelled period, the owners may at their
discretion refund part of the accommodation fee or deposit, after deduction of
any expenses arising out of the cancellation, including advertising and credit
card charges.
2.
A booking shall only be regarded as being
accepted upon written confirmation being provided by the owners. The owners reserve the right to cancel a
booking at any time for any reason, in which case any deposit or accommodation
fee then paid shall be refunded, but the owners shall not be liable for any
additional payment or compensation.
3.
The house is designed for 4 people only. If extra people need to stay, such as
children, it may be possible to arrange for an extra bed, but please contact
us. The house must only be inhabited by
the agreed number of tenants.

Bookings are accepted in good faith and we
cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control. For example, a refund will not be made if
your arrival is delayed.
6. Reservations are not automatically renewed for the next year.
7.
The house is for rental accommodation. Functions such as parties or weddings are
not permitted without prior approval, which must be arranged with us beforehand
as part of the rental agreement.
8.
The tenants must take reasonable care of the
premises, and keep it in good repair and in a clean and tidy state. In the event that Spiti Barbara or any of
its contents are damaged by the tenants, fair wear and tear excepted, the
owners shall be entitled to recover from the tenants the reasonable costs of
repair or replacement, and may debit any such costs from the credit card or
charge facility used the payment of the booking. Please notify the owners immediately of any breakages or damage.
9.
The owners are not responsible for any loss or
damage sustained by the tenants arising out of the tenants occupation of Spiti
Barbara including personal injury or property damage and the tenants indemnify
the owners for any claims made by any person or any such loss or damage arising
out of the occupation of the premises by the tenants.
10.
The house is typical of the local Greek
architecture. The terraces are open and
quite high. No responsibility is taken
for falls. Children, in particular,
need to be supervised.
11.
Please leave the house in a tidy state and
place dirty towels and linen in the washing basket.
12. All
amounts are expressed in Australian Dollars.
